I Exercised Today 7 years, 7 months agoHi all!! So today was the Dri Tri day at OTF for me it was not what I was expecting. I Exercised Today 7 years, 7 months agoToday was good (only 2 of us were there a runner n me lol) but it was strength day, treadmill – mostly uphill, then work your way back down while increasing the speed. The weight floor was terrible lots of lungs n squats with weights, after doing each exercise 3x then off to the rower to row 250 meters in the shortest time you can

🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 That’s the kind of classes that I like. The ones with great music, a great instructor, and a even greater workout!! I haven’t been able to workout consistently this week. This post is the inspiration that I needed to get back in the mix.

I Exercised Today 7 years, 8 months agoHappy September 1st! I’m feeling much better after 3 days of being sick. Back to OTF first thing this morning and the 1st day of the month. Last month I got 11 workouts in. My goal is to get in at least 5 days a week.
