I Exercised Today 7 years, 7 months ago Kendal and I started a new workout program together about 3 weeks ago. we workout mon-fri, and have weekends off unless we take a day off during the week then we’ll make it up on the weekend. but today’s workout was legs!! I killed it and did some extra sprints at the end for cardio. I’m squatting 225 now!! also i’m bench pressing 135!! and i can do 5 pull ups by myself now
