    Hi all!! So today was the Dri Tri day at OTF for me it was not what I was expecting. I was dreading the 200 m row but I knocked that out in 8 mins (30 seconds better than my last time) the weight floor consisted of 20 push-ups, 40 step ups, 30 burpeees, 20 sit down to bench “basically squat until your toosh touches the bench”, 30 jump over bench, and 20 squat jacks in a push up position then repeat above 2x, then a 5k ruin on the treadmill. It would t have been so bad for me if I did not have sciatica Simon my left side. I endind up finagling last and 20 mins after the 1st person finished. The treadmill was the worst for me. I went in to class today preparing for the rower to be my worst. I did not finish last on the rower by the way lol As you can see I spent almost 1 hr in the red zone 😑

      Wow…every OTF class is challenging, but this takes the cake! 773 calories burned in one session. Whoa. Well done!!! 🙌🏾👏🏾🌠
