The weight floor was terrible lots of lungs n squats with weights,  after doing each exercise 3x then off to the rower to row 250 meters in the shortest time you can</p>

The highlight of this meal was the beans they had tomato onion bacon and jalepenios in it! It was very good! Alot of food but overall delicious!!  </p>

So flavorful!!! So juicy, it was so good I HAD TO SHARE &#x1f602;&#x1f602; I basically gave half my dinner to JB so he could taste how great it was. I did legs for 30 minutes &#8212; quick little workout before I started getting ready for the concert (cleaning the house/cooking dinner before the babysitter got there, bathing sonya etc)</p>
