The weight floor was terrible lots of lungs n squats with weights,  after doing each exercise 3x then off to the rower to row 250 meters in the shortest time you can</p>

When I finished legs for about an hour I rested about 20-30 minutes then ran outside for 25 minutes! It was very intense after a hard leg work out! But i felt great afterwards!!!
