I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoJada and I did a focus back day/ core workout today and then finished with 30 minutes on the spin bike! Amazing workout, just cant wait to see some REAL RESULTS 😊 — I forgot to take a photo today because we were kind of rushed today athe the gym due to the fact the kids club for sonya closes at 12!

Every now and again but remember just because you are out to eat doesnt mean you have to OVER DO IT. I love red robin because the calories are right on the menu, I ordered a burger that was a little over 1000 calories!!!!! For beginners machines are most suitable because they are built to make sure your body is in the correct position when your are working a specific body part/ machines are great for targeting Specific muscles and getting more muscle definition.

Sit down in a chair, and stancd up with pushing your hips back and keeping your chest upright. You have to make sure all the weight is on your heals, your stance is shoulder width apart and when u do squat your knees are BEHIND your toes. Wall Stretches– with arms on the wall full extended out, legs in a split stance pushing knee towards the wall while opposite leg behind is straight do each side for 30 seconds 3-5 sets. Every other day.

Sweet Potato, because u literally can make NUMEROUS things out of it! Pancakes, Fries, Yams, hash browns,etc etc. they are a perfect form of FIBER & are low in calorie!
