    Jada and I did a focus back day/ core workout today and then finished with 30 minutes on the spin bike! Amazing workout, just cant wait to see some REAL RESULTS 😊 — I forgot to take a photo today because we were kind of rushed today athe the gym due to the fact the kids club for sonya closes at 12!

    So we all love to go out to eat and have a “cheat meal”
    Every now and again but remember just because you are out to eat doesnt mean you have to OVER DO IT. I love red robin because the calories are right on the menu, I ordered a burger that was a little over 1000 calories!!!!!       Love this post and 100% agreed. I would also add that coupling the 1/2 burger with a side salad or 1/2 cup of soup to get you to the point of satisfaction is way better than a “few” bites of the other 1/2. Great insight!!

    These are a great snack for those with a sweet tooth. Just make sure before eating them you PORTION out 13 of them because they are very easy to OVER indulge in! But guess what? The First ingredience on the bag is BROWN RICE! 🤗

    For beginners machines are most suitable because they are built to make sure your body is in the correct position when your are working a specific body part/ machines are great for targeting Specific muscles and getting more muscle definition.

    Sit down in a chair, and stancd up with pushing your hips back and keeping your chest upright. You have to make sure all the weight is on your heals, your stance is shoulder width apart and when u do squat your knees are BEHIND your toes.     Wall Stretches– with arms on the wall full extended out, legs in a split stance pushing knee towards the wall while opposite leg behind is straight do each side for 30 seconds 3-5 sets. Every other day.

    I exercised today in Jamaica at the resort. I did 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill and then core: Kettlebell Swings, KB wood choppers, Medball Russian Twist, in & outs, & cross over sit ups. Each exercise was 3 sets 20 reps and then i did a finisher of 30 push ups and 30 squats

      People usually put the exercise on vacation too…way to stay on the grind even in relaxing Jamaica!! Get it, Shae!

    I did legs today!!!! Its was pretty brutal BUT…. I loved it! Lol getting ready to go to Jamaica has been very intense training but worth every gain!!

    Sweet Potato, because u literally can make NUMEROUS things out of it! Pancakes, Fries, Yams, hash browns,etc etc. they are a perfect form of FIBER & are low in calorie!
