I exercised today in Jamaica at the resort. I did 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill and then core: Kettlebell Swings, KB wood choppers, Medball Russian Twist, in & outs, & cross over sit ups. Each exercise was 3 sets 20 reps and then i did a finisher of 30 push ups and 30 squats

People usually put the exercise on vacation too…way to stay on the grind even in relaxing Jamaica!! Get it, Shae!
