    I ate CharGrilled Oysters yesterday for dinner as reccomended to me hy Aunty June! Lets just say…. they were so good I order an additional 1/5 dozen!!! The garlic parm really set them off.

      Never had them, but I hear that oysters are pretty good! The seafood restaurant where I once worked made a killing from oyster sales. Can’t go wrong with garlic parmesan!

    Today i did Kaylas leg workout! Definitely happy that Ive started doing more body weight / HIIT training more that lifting heavy. My hips and knees are no longer aching all the time like they were when I was squating over 200 every week.

    Back on the grind. The goal is 5 exercise sessions per week. Today, I did 35 minutes on the Treadmill to get back in the game! Shout out to @donnablair for the motivation. Let’s do this!

    Hi all!! So today was the Dri Tri day at OTF for me it was not what I was expecting.     Today was good (only 2 of us were there a runner n me lol) but it was strength day, treadmill – mostly uphill, then work your way back down while increasing the speed. The weight floor was terrible lots of lungs n squats with weights, after doing each exercise 3x then off to the rower to row 250 meters in the shortest time you can

      🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 That’s the kind of classes that I like. The ones with great music, a great instructor, and a even greater workout!! I haven’t been able to workout consistently this week. This post is the inspiration that I needed to get back in the mix.

    Didn’t exercise on Friday, but I got a 4.5k jog in on Saturday which was VERY challenging (it was supposed to be a 5k 😔😂) and I played some basketball today mixed in with some light strength training.         Thanks Donna!! 🤗 @kisha22 has a half court at her house so I decided to take advantage of the opportunity and tried to make some shots. Today, I felt sore in areas that didn’t even realize that I was exercising!

    Yesterday I was so busy running around and going to the Beyonce concert! I forgot to post my workout! I did legs for 30 minutes — quick little workout before I started getting ready for the concert (cleaning the house/cooking dinner before the babysitter got there, bathing sonya etc)

    I was in no mood to exercise. After 9 days of no exercising, my body and mind were not about it at all, but I decided to get dressed and do some light activity.       See it’s hard to start back after missing days of working out. I’ve been decommissioned since last week Saturday workout. Almost didn’t go today because of my low back pain. I have Drs on Wednesday so I was thinking about waiting till I saw the dr before going back to working out, then my conscience convinced me to go and no excuses.
