I Exercised Today 7 years, 7 months ago Today i did Kaylas leg workout! Definitely happy that Ive started doing more body weight / HIIT training more that lifting heavy. My hips and knees are no longer aching all the time like they were when I was squating over 200 every week.

🙌🏾🙌🏾….no more aching!!
