I Exercised Today 7 years, 6 months agoConfession: it\’s been a struggle getting my exercise routine to be consistent. Today was my first day back; I did body weight strength training for a little over 45 minutes and burned over 200 calories. It felt good!

I Exercised Today 7 years, 7 months agoToday i did Kaylas leg workout! Definitely happy that Ive started doing more body weight / HIIT training more that lifting heavy. My hips and knees are no longer aching all the time like they were when I was squating over 200 every week.

I Exercised Today 7 years, 7 months agoBack on the grind. The goal is 5 exercise sessions per week. Today, I did 35 minutes on the Treadmill to get back in the game! Shout out to @donnablair for the motivation. Let’s do this!
