I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoDay 13 I did legs. Im back to my muscular endurance phase, where I am doing 12-15 reps and 3-5 sets on each exercise. When I finished legs for about an hour I rested about 20-30 minutes then ran outside for 25 minutes! It was very intense after a hard leg work out! But i felt great afterwards!!! I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoDay 12 I did a shaun T video at the house. It was way to hot outside for that!!! Lol but I did cardio 1.0 it was a great mixture of cardio and stretching! Which is what i needed!!

I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoToday was my posterior Leg day. If u look at my Instagram story today is the first time i deadlifted 235 lb!!! Slowly getting stronger and stronger!!! I have a goal to lose 10 lbs which is the 5 i gained In JA and the 5 I gained slacking when I came back! Lol
