I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months ago Today was my posterior Leg day. If u look at my Instagram story today is the first time i deadlifted 235 lb!!! Slowly getting stronger and stronger!!! I have a goal to lose 10 lbs which is the 5 i gained In JA and the 5 I gained slacking when I came back! Lol

Whoa!! Strong indeed – 235 lbs of pure strength. Well done!! 💪🏾You’ll lose those 10 lbs in no time. I’m trying to stay consistent too and hopefully the scale will reward my persistence!
