Sweet and juicy, Jackfruit!!!! It’s a exotic fruit full of flavors look it up, and if you can get it fresh from a tree it’s much better than store bought… Check Facebook market.

Definitely not a vegetarian by any stretch of the imagination, but I do enjoy a dish every once in a while, and this time it’s Moussaka!!! Delicious, yes it is sometimes made with meat but I had the vegetarian version. Made with breaded then fried Eggplant and medium sliced potatoes layered with marinara sauce and cheese. Healthy Reviews 7 years, 11 months agoI purchased a Bowflex Treadclimber, I was excited for the machine, I thought it would be a easy work out/machine. This machine is a very difficult but a great workout. On this machine 15 minutes is like a half hour on a regular Elliptical… I am trying to work my way up to a half an hour eventually…
