Pineapple anyone?!!! Pineapple straight from the plant is delicious but it takes patience. Would you like to grow your own? Well the next time you purchase a whole pineapple, instead of throwing the top away just place it in a pot of soil and watch it grow… Warning: It takes 3 years to bear fruit, so you must be patient. But in the end you will have a fresh, delicious and juicy Pineapple to enjoy.
Tip: DON’T pick your pineapple before it’s completely ripe and ready, because pineapples are among the few fruits that doesn’t ripen any further after being picked.

Yes, please!!! Thank you for this insight. Three years is well worth the wait. Can’t believe you can grow a new pineapple by planting the top of the eaten one. Genius and super resourceful! 👏🏾🙂
