    I purchased a Bowflex Treadclimber, I was excited for the machine, I thought it would be a easy work out/machine. This machine is a very difficult but a great workout. On this machine 15 minutes is like a half hour on a regular Elliptical… I am trying to work my way up to a half an hour eventually…

      Thanks so much for the insight Yolanda! I’ve seen the Treadclimbers advertised and wondered if they were effective. Glad to hear that the machine is a good buy! 🙂
