I Exercised Today 7 years, 8 months agoHappy September 1st! I’m feeling much better after 3 days of being sick. Back to OTF first thing this morning and the 1st day of the month. Last month I got 11 workouts in. My goal is to get in at least 5 days a week.

Woke up this morning shivering due slowly breaking my fever. Still not feeling too good, won’t be able to go to the gym today but I’m gonna get on my treadmill and work on my running later. I think my fever has broke, just relaxing atm hope you guys get in your burn for today! Great way to end the week 💪🏻

I wouldn’t say I’m a pro lol.. I think I realize that I wasn’t alone in feeling intimidated before each class. Caring about what others see me as (not fit, over weight) was preventing me from going. I realized I was my worst enemy. So I just go and try my best 😅

I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoWasn\’t in the mood to do the planned workout so I did a freestyle combo of punches, kicks, jump rope, and jumping jacks. I also hopped on the bike for 10 minutes and did a short band/sliders circuit — Total: 45 minutes. It was a nice change to the usual Wednesday workout! (D24)

I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoCardio Monday — 45 minutes on the Treadmill; 20 minutes interval jogging, 20 minutes incline walking, and 5 minutes cooling down (4 minutes dancing to Jidenna was the finisher lol)

I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoDidn\’t get a chance to jog this morning and ran out of time and energy to do a full workout so I kept it simple with a 20-minute Turbo Jam DVD and 10 minutes on the spin bike. (D21)
