This is an easy, delicious crockpot recipe. Use a half a stick of butter instead of a whole.

I Exercised Today 7 years, 11 months agoI exercised today and did chest and triceps. But my arms were so sore from yesterday, and I only got 3-4 hours of sleep last night, that i actually feel like I got nothing out of my workout today and I hate that
