Today’s workout was about 15 minutes of the T25 Speed 1.0 DVD, 10 minutes on the Spin Bike, and about 15 minutes of bands + slider exercises! ✔💪🏾(D17)

Day 15 of 15 — this was definitely a Challenge to complete. There were days that I did not want to exercise, but I did it anyway. I’m glad that I made it this far and I hope that I can continue the consistency! Goal – fit in 2019. 🙂 Who is with me? 💪🏾

Day 14 of 15 — had a great bike ride outside today! 🙂

Day 13 of 15 — 30 min DVD, light work 🙂

Day 12 of 15 — Treadmill time! 🙌🏾

Dinner — had some sauteed chicken! 👌🏾

Day 11 of 15 — 4 more days to go!! Let’s get it.

Day 10 of 15 — Cardio Wednesday completed 🙂

Day 9 of 15 — body weight, light dumbbells strength training tonight 👌🏾

Day 8 of 15 — Cardio night 🙂

Day 7 of 15 – I didn’t get a chance to jog outside this morning so I hopped on the Treadmill tonight, instead…

Day 6 of 15 — kept it simple with a 30 min Taebo DVD. Very light Saturday because today was a bit hectic!

Day 5 of 15 – whew, glad I squeezed the Treadmill in lol, better late than not at all!

Had this for dinner…beef and veggies 🍽

Day 3 of 15 — did cardio today for 43 minutes 🙂

Day 2 of 15 – did 38 minutes of body weight strength 🙂

Day 1 of 15 – did 49 minutes of cardio
