I picked up a new herbal tea…ginger and honey which seems to be really good at clearing up an upset stomach. For the same effect, I’m sure you can also put some fresh ginger in a cup of boiling water, allow it to soak, and sweeten the cup with some honey and sugar.

YASSS!!! I finally made it to two days in a row after almost two months of inconsistency — did 45 minutes on the Treadmill and some planking! 😁

Confession: it\’s been a struggle getting my exercise routine to be consistent. Today was my first day back; I did body weight strength training for a little over 45 minutes and burned over 200 calories. It felt good!
