For the same effect, I&#8217;m sure you can also put some fresh ginger in a cup of boiling water, allow it to soak, and sweeten the cup with some honey and sugar. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today was good (only 2 of us were there a runner n me lol) but it was strength day,  treadmill &#8211; mostly uphill, then work your way back down while increasing the speed. The weight floor was terrible lots of lungs n squats with weights,  after doing each exercise 3x then off to the rower to row 250 meters in the shortest time you can</p>
