The weight floor was terrible lots of lungs n squats with weights,  after doing each exercise 3x then off to the rower to row 250 meters in the shortest time you can</p>

It was fun mixing it up! I did legs for 30 minutes &#8212; quick little workout before I started getting ready for the concert (cleaning the house/cooking dinner before the babysitter got there, bathing sonya etc)</p>
