I Exercised Today 7 years, 11 months agoI exercised today and did chest and triceps. But my arms were so sore from yesterday, and I only got 3-4 hours of sleep last night, that i actually feel like I got nothing out of my workout today and I hate that

I Exercised Today 7 years, 11 months agoJust went for a 2 mile walk with my pup, now I’m doing some core focused yoga and snacking on avocado LOL who said you can’t workout and snack (healthy that is!)
