I Exercised Today 7 years, 8 months agoToday I ran 3 miles! It was crazy weather!! 90 degrees! WINDY!!!!! And I had to push a stroller!!! i was so glad when it ended!!!

I died for real 😂 my apple watch said my max heart rate got all the way up to 188bpm and I finished so slowly! Took me 38 minutes and according to my heart rate I was dying!

I Exercised Today 7 years, 8 months agoToday was upper body day for kayla! Today makes day 9 of exercising at least 30 minutes each day! Im glad to be back on a consistent routine that I am enjoying! Hopefully by my birthday my results will show all my hard work!

I Exercised Today 7 years, 8 months agoToday started week 2 of exercising consistently! Today was my leg day on Kaylas program! I was debating on running afterwards but my hip was throbbing (is throbbing) from the jump tucks in todays work out! But overall awesome workout!

Dunn’s Run is a 5k walk/run with a 5-mile run option that takes place at 7 am on the first Sunday of October at Deerfield Beach. The run benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Broward County. Health Events 7 years, 8 months agoI did this event in Miramar back in 2016 and it was very good! Consider showing up early for the warm up. The 3k run/jog is a light pace non-competitive jog and walking is permitted. The course is on the blocked off street and through a small community park. Lmao…this was a fun event! Remember, the couple in front of us in the bathroom line. The guy that opened the door on the lady in the porta potty after his wife sent him to go check if it was open! The lady’s unexpected scream and his reaction was a priceless moment. I think they changed the venue for this year, but doing that run in the darkness…[Read more]

Festival of lights run was a lot of run and definitely something that should be done yearly! My only “beef” with it, is I wish there were light along the whole run, like christmas lights! But other than that, very fun and I loved wearing “ugly sweaters”…[Read more]

Agreed! It was fun and I had the same beef with the lights. Note: Do try to get there on time; otherwise, parking may be an issue and you’ll have to jog through the walkers which can be pretty tough! Great time overall. 🙂
