Homegrown 7 years, 11 months agoWhen I have a sore throat or phlegm due to a cold, I find that a mixture of the juice from a half of a freshly squeezed lime or lemon with a few dashes of salt (to taste) really helps!

Healthy Reviews 7 years, 11 months agoI purchased a Bowflex Treadclimber, I was excited for the machine, I thought it would be a easy work out/machine. This machine is a very difficult but a great workout. On this machine 15 minutes is like a half hour on a regular Elliptical… I am trying to work my way up to a half an hour eventually…

With Child(ren) 7 years, 11 months agoI like to pop quiz sonya all day about her colors on random objects verses memorizing flash cards. I feel like since doing this she has been able to retain information better. I will be doing this with her letters & numbers as well.

Vegan 7 years, 11 months agoI ate A cup of broccoli and a cup of black beans for lunch and not only was I full from 2 Pm-8 Pm BUT I had a lot of energy at work. I love eating plant protien for lunch, that way my body isnt working extra hard to break down meat.
