    I ate A cup of broccoli and a cup of black beans for lunch and not only was I full from 2 Pm-8 Pm BUT I had a lot of energy at work. I love eating plant protien for lunch, that way my body isnt working extra hard to break down meat.

    Had this vegetarian sushi combo – sundried tomatoes, cucumbers, cream cheese, and avocado dipped in spicy mayo and soy sauce – yum! Next time, I’ll drizzle the spicy mayo + eel sauce on top 🤔

    Icebreaker: do you ever follow the measurements for seasonings exactly as listed in a recipe?

    Me: nope, tend to either change the measurements or listed seasonings out of necessity (cause I don\’t have it on hand) or desire

      Sweet Potato, because u literally can make NUMEROUS things out of it! Pancakes, Fries, Yams, hash browns,etc etc. they are a perfect form of FIBER & are low in calorie!
