    Back to school workout! Today was about endurance n power. The treadmill seemed to be LOOOONNNNGG, lol but the weight floor surprisingly was okay. The finale was a 4 minute row 🙄

    So I’ve been super busy running around to post in here Howe I have been going to OTF pretty much daily. The day was a little of each power/strength & endurance- it was a tough work out.

    So I did workout at OTF this morning and at the end of the session the app started to act up so I don’t have my calories burned nor splat points. Which stinks cuz I would like to see these add up at the end of the week, month and year 😅 but I did workout!       Yeah, the shoe fitting is a great idea! I definitely think it will help with the pain. Certain shoes work better with certain workouts. I remember doing group classes at LA Fitness and I would be so annoyed on the dadays that I forgot my Fitbit, but, at the end, like you, I was always glad that I did the workout!

    Didn’t go to Orange theory today, however made sure I got a workout with the family tonight at home. Did 15 mins run intervals on treadmill, some abs, and upper body work and a small fraction of leg exercises finished off with a bike ride.

    40 mountain climbers
    40 jump squats
    40 shoulder touch
    *Repeat

    Floor workout
    R lunge with weights 30 sec
    L lunge “.——“
    Repeat above for 30 sec ea
    Ab twists 30 sec
    Plank 1 min
    *Repeat

    1000 meter row
    Plank till time is called

    Treadmill block
    30 mins push pace (walked at 4.0 speed at incline 8% up to 15%

    My calf is tight what type of exercise can I do to release the tension?

      Wall Stretches– with arms on the wall full extended out, legs in a split stance pushing knee towards the wall while opposite leg behind is straight do each side for 30 seconds 3-5 sets. Every other day.

    Day 3 in 1 week in the books! Today was power day, a little more weights than cardio, we had to record our weights and reps and increase on the weights each round.

    Sorry haven’t posted in a few days! But I’m proud to say to did orange theory 2 days in row! Big accomplishment for me as it’s hard for me to commit! But I’m loving the full burn work out in 1 hr

    60 min OTF workout, switch workout, 7.5 mins treadmill block then 7.5 min floor workout, did 4 rotations of this then finished with a 300 meter on row machine
