I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoCardio Monday — 45 minutes on the Treadmill; 20 minutes interval jogging, 20 minutes incline walking, and 5 minutes cooling down (4 minutes dancing to Jidenna was the finisher lol)

I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoDidn\’t get a chance to jog this morning and ran out of time and energy to do a full workout so I kept it simple with a 20-minute Turbo Jam DVD and 10 minutes on the spin bike. (D21)

I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoDid \”strength\” training today…started with a short warm up, then did my favorite strength moves, and finished with a quick cardio blast circuit! 40 minutes in total 💪🏾(D18)

I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoDay 13 I did legs. Im back to my muscular endurance phase, where I am doing 12-15 reps and 3-5 sets on each exercise. When I finished legs for about an hour I rested about 20-30 minutes then ran outside for 25 minutes! It was very intense after a hard leg work out! But i felt great afterwards!!! I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoDay 12 I did a shaun T video at the house. It was way to hot outside for that!!! Lol but I did cardio 1.0 it was a great mixture of cardio and stretching! Which is what i needed!!

I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoDay 11 I did an orange theory class with donna in Psl!!! It was very intense but alot of fun!!! It made me realize I need to add my cardio back in my workouts!
