    Did “strength” training today…started with a short warm up, then did my favorite strength moves, and finished with a quick cardio blast circuit! 40 minutes in total 💪🏾(D18)

    Tried this ice cream for the first time: Publix Limited Edition New Orleans Caramel Praline. It was very sweet, but creamy and good.

    Today’s workout was about 15 minutes of the T25 Speed 1.0 DVD, 10 minutes on the Spin Bike, and about 15 minutes of bands + slider exercises! ✔💪🏾(D17)

    Day 14 I decided this week will be dedicated to cardio and stretching to give my muscles a break from the weights; so today I ran 2.25 miles (1 mile in 9.40s) and the second one was interval runs ! It was actually a lot of fun!

    Day 13 I did legs. Im back to my muscular endurance phase, where I am doing 12-15 reps and 3-5 sets on each exercise. When I finished legs for about an hour I rested about 20-30 minutes then ran outside for 25 minutes! It was very intense after a hard leg work out! But i felt great afterwards!!!     Day 12 I did a shaun T video at the house. It was way to hot outside for that!!! Lol but I did cardio 1.0 it was a great mixture of cardio and stretching! Which is what i needed!!

    Day 11 I did an orange theory class with donna in Psl!!! It was very intense but alot of fun!!! It made me realize I need to add my cardio back in my workouts!

    Day 15 of 15 — this was definitely a Challenge to complete. There were days that I did not want to exercise, but I did it anyway. I’m glad that I made it this far and I hope that I can continue the consistency! Goal – fit in 2019. 🙂 Who is with me? 💪🏾

    I know i lost the challenge lol but something’s better than nothing! trying to get into a routine again, so i got up before work and ran 2.5 miles!

    So I’ve been super busy running around to post in here Howe I have been going to OTF pretty much daily. The day was a little of each power/strength & endurance- it was a tough work out.
