Vegan 7 years, 11 months agoI ate A cup of broccoli and a cup of black beans for lunch and not only was I full from 2 Pm-8 Pm BUT I had a lot of energy at work. I love eating plant protien for lunch, that way my body isnt working extra hard to break down meat.
