For beginners machines are most suitable because they are built to make sure your body is in the correct position when your are working a specific body part/ machines are great for targeting Specific muscles and getting more muscle definition.

Plateau 7 years, 10 months agoWhat new in plateau? It sucks lol. One thing that keeps me trucking along is my friendly tape measure cause that scale can be a rude *#%* at times.

That’s a hard one. I initially think back in time to change a few things, but then those certain things are what made me who I am today and I like who I’ve become. To the future just to see where I will be or situations to avoid.

Low/No Carbs 7 years, 10 months agoHave y’all tried riced cauliflower? I use this as a substitute for rice. I’m also gonna attempt to make a crust for pizza out of cauliflower….stay tuned.

This is an easy, delicious crockpot recipe. Use a half a stick of butter instead of a whole.
