I need tips on how to do squats without injuring my knees. Also what’s better and why- free weights or the gym machines?

Sit down in a chair, and stancd up with pushing your hips back and keeping your chest upright. You have to make sure all the weight is on your heals, your stance is shoulder width apart and when u do squat your knees are BEHIND your toes. If you feel the weight on in your glutes/on your heals of your feet and NOT YOUR TOES, you are most likely…[Read more]

What new in plateau? It sucks lol. One thing that keeps me trucking along is my friendly tape measure cause that scale can be a rude *#%* at times.

Yup, agreed! I’ve given up on the scale and can never seem to be consistent with the tape measure so I’m just gonna keep trucking along with you. As long as I about 80% good on most days, I figure things should fall into place…lol, we’ll see!

That’s a hard one. I initially think back in time to change a few things, but then those certain things are what made me who I am today and I like who I’ve become. To the future just to see where I will be or situations to avoid.

Have y’all tried riced cauliflower? I use this as a substitute for rice. I’m also gonna attempt to make a crust for pizza out of cauliflower….stay tuned.

I am working on a rice recipe that includes cauliflower, but I haven’t tried cauliflower rice yet! I also want to try cauliflower mashed “potatoes” and cauliflower “mac and cheese”. Can’t wait to hear about the your rice and pizza!! Yum.

This is an easy, delicious crockpot recipe. Use a half a stick of butter instead of a whole.

For me it’s pasta but after I indulge in it my stomachs pays the price. I’m left feeling bloated and miserable.
