    I ran 2.25 miles around the lake and ran up and down 3 flights of stairs 5 times! Awesome cardio day! First day back since moving to NOLA

    Completed Otf workout this morning! Today was partner workout. It was exhausting. I wasn’t going to go due to feeling sick, currently have a small fever 🤒 but i did it

    Didn’t get a chance to jog this morning so I did some punches, kicks, jump roping, and jumping jacks in between. I did the spin bike for about 15 minutes and finished with some bands and sliders. Total time turned out to be over an hour! (D28)

    Ran two miles and did the row machine for 10 minutes and finished with abs!

    Wasn\’t in the mood to do the planned workout so I did a freestyle combo of punches, kicks, jump rope, and jumping jacks. I also hopped on the bike for 10 minutes and did a short band/sliders circuit — Total: 45 minutes. It was a nice change to the usual Wednesday workout! (D24)

    Cardio Monday — 45 minutes on the Treadmill; 20 minutes interval jogging, 20 minutes incline walking, and 5 minutes cooling down (4 minutes dancing to Jidenna was the finisher lol)

    Back to school workout! Today was about endurance n power. The treadmill seemed to be LOOOONNNNGG, lol but the weight floor surprisingly was okay. The finale was a 4 minute row 🙄

    Didn\’t get a chance to jog this morning and ran out of time and energy to do a full workout so I kept it simple with a 20-minute Turbo Jam DVD and 10 minutes on the spin bike. (D21)

    Did \”strength\” training today…started with a short warm up, then did my favorite strength moves, and finished with a quick cardio blast circuit! 40 minutes in total 💪🏾(D18)

    Today’s workout was about 15 minutes of the T25 Speed 1.0 DVD, 10 minutes on the Spin Bike, and about 15 minutes of bands + slider exercises! ✔💪🏾(D17)

    Day 14 I decided this week will be dedicated to cardio and stretching to give my muscles a break from the weights; so today I ran 2.25 miles (1 mile in 9.40s) and the second one was interval runs ! It was actually a lot of fun!

    Day 13 I did legs. Im back to my muscular endurance phase, where I am doing 12-15 reps and 3-5 sets on each exercise. When I finished legs for about an hour I rested about 20-30 minutes then ran outside for 25 minutes! It was very intense after a hard leg work out! But i felt great afterwards!!!     Day 12 I did a shaun T video at the house. It was way to hot outside for that!!! Lol but I did cardio 1.0 it was a great mixture of cardio and stretching! Which is what i needed!!

    Day 11 I did an orange theory class with donna in Psl!!! It was very intense but alot of fun!!! It made me realize I need to add my cardio back in my workouts!
