Wall Stretches– with arms on the wall full extended out, legs in a split stance pushing knee towards the wall while opposite leg behind is straight do each side for 30 seconds 3-5 sets. Every other day.

Healthy Reviews 7 years, 10 months agoI had cold last week and had to put my workouts on hold, but was able to get back into the swing of things towards the end of the week. Hopefully, this week I will go back to working out at least 4 days.
