I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months agoWasn\’t in the mood to do the planned workout so I did a freestyle combo of punches, kicks, jump rope, and jumping jacks. I also hopped on the bike for 10 minutes and did a short band/sliders circuit — Total: 45 minutes. It was a nice change to the usual Wednesday workout! (D24)

Thanks so much for this review!! A new gym can be difficult to get use to and super intimidating, but you conquered it and two months later you’re a pro! Keep up the awesome work!! 💪🏾🙌🏾🎉
I wouldn’t say I’m a pro lol.. I think I realize that I wasn’t alone in feeling intimidated before each class. Caring about what others see me as (not fit, over weight) was preventing me from going. I realized I was my worst enemy. So I just go and try my best 😅
