I Exercised Today 7 years, 9 months ago Day 13 I did legs. Im back to my muscular endurance phase, where I am doing 12-15 reps and 3-5 sets on each exercise. When I finished legs for about an hour I rested about 20-30 minutes then ran outside for 25 minutes! It was very intense after a hard leg work out! But i felt great afterwards!!! Sorry for the late post I didnt have good service when i was in port saint lucie!
