Meaty 7 years, 10 months ago So we all love to go out to eat and have a “cheat meal”
Every now and again but remember just because you are out to eat doesnt mean you have to OVER DO IT. I love red robin because the calories are right on the menu, I ordered a burger that was a little over 1000 calories!!!!! Which let me know immediately that, that burger was meant for 2 meals. So I cut the burger in 1/2 and ate one at their and took the other one home for lunch the next day. Very delicious but not worth my whole days worth of calories!


Love this post and 100% agreed. I would also add that coupling the 1/2 burger with a side salad or 1/2 cup of soup to get you to the point of satisfaction is way better than a “few” bites of the other 1/2. Great insight!!
