    Happy Memorial Day Weekend! I remember the last time I worked out, it was 4/30…a long time ago. 🤔 That memory is now replaced with today’s workout. Back on track! 😁

    Icebreaker: if you could have a really effective trainer or a really effective wellness/life coach, which one would you choose?

    Me: wellness coach because a really effective trainer would want to push me beyond my limits and I think boundaries are important! Lol

      Effective Trainer because I hate when people make suggestions they wouldnt do themselves. Though life coaches have good intensions, most of them contradict their own advice & live two lives.     Me: legs because they take the least effort – squats over pushups or situps, any day!

      For me it’s pasta but after I indulge in it my stomachs pays the price. I’m left feeling bloated and miserable.

        Lord, white rice does that to me. Too much white rice and I get super bloated! 😑
