Me: wellness coach because a really effective trainer would want to push me beyond my limits and I think boundaries are important! Lol

Effective Trainer because I hate when people make suggestions they wouldnt do themselves. Though life coaches have good intensions, most of them contradict their own advice & live two lives. Me: legs because they take the least effort – squats over pushups or situps, any day!
