I Exercised Today 7 years, 11 months agoI did the stairs at retro for 30 minute then finished with some jump lunges and jump squats 3 sets 20 seconds on 10 second rest between!

This is an easy, delicious crockpot recipe. Use a half a stick of butter instead of a whole.

With Child(ren) 7 years, 11 months agoBeing pregnant with a boy has been completely different than being preganant with girls. I didn’t have morning sickness, maybe a little nausea here and there because of the hormone change. I’m carrying smaller and not as round and my hormones aren’t all over the place, lol.
