I Exercised Today 7 years, 7 months ago Today was good (only 2 of us were there a runner n me lol) but it was strength day, treadmill – mostly uphill, then work your way back down while increasing the speed. The weight floor was terrible lots of lungs n squats with weights, after doing each exercise 3x then off to the rower to row 250 meters in the shortest time you can


I am so impressed by your consistency, Donna!! Loving it.
