I’m here to give you a my review on the gym that I attend which is orange theory fitness at first I was scared to go to class because I didn’t know if I could keep up with the rest of the members in the class Whether it be on the treadmill or doing handweights on the work floor or the rowing machine. however two months later I’m at the point where I basically try to attend every day and the way I see it it’s only one hour of working out if you really get a good work out! From the treadmill blocks to the rowing machine for 200 meters or 2000 meters Then various Handweights on the work floor you get an overall body work out and 60 minutes. If you haven’t tried orange theory fitness yet check your local area for gym close by, and try one free work out. the first workout is FREE it’s worth a try it’s it’s a great overall circuit training workout I love that they keep track of your calorie burn and splat points. I wouldn’t say I’m a pro lol.. I think I realize that I wasn’t alone in feeling intimidated before each class. Caring about what others see me as (not fit, over weight) was preventing me from going. I realized I was my worst enemy. So I just go and try my best 😅
